  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

We currently ship across South Africa.
For international shipping requests, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Mirror size
  • Weight
  • Delivery location

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Fragile Item Packaging

At Olwe Reflections, we understand that mirrors are delicate products. Every mirror is:

  • Carefully inspected before shipping
  • Wrapped with protective packaging materials
  • Secured in reinforced packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your mirror arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging immediately.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  3. Email your order number and photos to our customer support team.

Failure to report damages within 24 hours may affect replacement eligibility.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Olwe Reflections will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery more than once. If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.
